Grant of Limited Reference License
Subject to the terms below, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to reference “WISER Method”™ solely to discuss, cite, or illustrate the framework in:

• Articles
• Research papers
• Blog posts
• Academic or professional presentations
• Social media posts

No other rights or licenses are granted.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use the WISER Method™ or its trademarks (including any names in Section 5) for any commercial purpose without Licensor’s express written permission. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Training courses or workshops
• Certification programs
• Licensing or franchising arrangements
• Inclusion in AI prompts, chatbots, or software products
• Educational materials or books that reproduce a substantial portion of the framework
• Any sale, resale, or monetization directly tied to the WISER Method™ or its derivatives
  

Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in this document are reserved. Licensor retains full and exclusive rights to:

• Develop and monetize the WISER Method™
• Authorize any training, certification, or licensing programs
• Create derivative works, guides, and companion materials
• Develop and monetize any WISER-branded materials
  

Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate it immediately upon any breach. Upon termination, you must cease all references to the WISER Method™ in your materials.

Common Law Copyright and Trademark Notices
The following marks are common law trademarks and copyrights of Licensor. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited:

• WISER Method™
• WISER Training™
• WISER Certified™
• WISER Guide™
• WISER Partner™
• WISER Master™
• WISER Practitioner™
• WISER Architect™
• WISER Sentinel™
• WISER Sponsor™
• WISER Sage™
• WISER Scout™
• WISER Smith™
• WISER Recipe™
• AIM WISER™

All other names, marks, logos, taglines, or designations that incorporate “WISER” (or any derivation) are the sole property of Licensor. Any commercial use of those marks or confusingly similar variations is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

Plain English Explanation

What you can do

• Talk about the WISER Method™ in your articles or talks
• Cite it as an example in research or presentations

What you cannot do

• Run a paid course or certification based on WISER Method™
• Package it into software, AI prompts, or chatbots for sale
• Reproduce large sections of the framework in a book or guide without permission

Why this matters

• We keep exclusive rights to any official training, certification, or commercial products
