The WISER Method intellectual property was donated to EffectiveSC by First Strategy LLC. - Content management: Sanity CMS manages certain website content. Sanity does not collect visitor data.

EffectiveSC provides AI operations methodology education through the WISER Method brand. Our services include:

- Educational content including blog posts, articles, and methodology documentation
We do not sell training, certification, or licensing through this website, and we do not process payments on it. The books are sold by third-party retailers under their own terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on wisermethod.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, the WISER Method, the WISER name and brand, the Master Playbook, templates, plays, frameworks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by EffectiveSC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The WISER Method intellectual property and the WISER Method trademark were donated to EffectiveSC by First Strategy LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from this website without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
- The WISER Method itself and the practitioner templates are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license. You may use, adapt, and redistribute them on the terms of that license, which requires attribution and share-alike. The license text and attribution guidance are on our open source page.
The open-source license covers the methodology and templates. It does not cover the books, the WISER name and logo, or the other brand assets on this website.
User Conduct
