Email Communications
When you submit a contact form, purchase a program, or take the WISER Fit Assessment, you may receive transactional emails related to your request (confirmations, results, receipts). We may also send periodic marketing emails about WISER programs and related content.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your purchases or active program enrollment. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following categories of third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Payment processing: Stripe processes all program payments. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
- CRM and email marketing: GoHighLevel manages our contact database and email communications. Contact form submissions, assessment results, and program registrations are stored in GoHighLevel.
- Website hosting: Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses.
- Content management: Sanity CMS manages certain website content. Sanity does not collect visitor data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data with service providers only as necessary to deliver our services.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies required for site functionality (session management, preferences). We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. First Strategy LLC provides AI operations methodology education through the WISER Method brand. Our services include:

- Training programs at various levels (Automate Myself, Automate My Team, Automate My Company, Certified Practitioner, Licensed Partner)
- The WISER Fit Assessment (free, conversational assessment)
- Educational content including blog posts, articles, and methodology documentation
Accounts and Registration

Programs and Payments
- All program payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
- Program pricing, content, schedule, and availability are subject to change. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
- Refund policies are specified on each individual program page and apply as stated at the time of purchase. By purchasing a program, you agree to the refund policy displayed on that program's page.
- Credit stacking between programs (where investments in earlier programs apply as credit toward later programs) applies as described on the Programs page at the time of enrollment.
Intellectual Property
All content on wisermethod.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, the WISER Method, the WISER name and brand, the Master Playbook, program materials, templates, plays, frameworks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by First Strategy LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from this website without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use
- Certified Practitioners and Licensed Partners receive specific usage and branding rights as defined in their respective program agreements
Starter Kit Templates
Templates provided through the WISER Method Starter Kit (Notion workspace and Google Sheets workbooks) are licensed for personal and organizational use by purchasers of the Master Playbook. Templates may be duplicated and adapted for use within your organization. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of templates outside your organization is not permitted.
WISER Fit Assessment
The WISER Fit Assessment is a free conversational tool designed to help individuals evaluate their alignment with the WISER methodology. Assessment results are delivered by email and are informational only. They do not constitute professional, business, or career advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or applicability of assessment results to your specific situation.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website
